These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the WaveGrey service, operated by OrizonLab [full legal name, company form, registration number and registered address to be completed]. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms in full.
1. Service description
WaveGrey is an AI-assisted online audio processing service: analysis, denoising, artifact restoration (including artifacts left by AI music generators), equalization, dynamics, effects, mastering, and file conversion/export. Plans, pricing and included modules are detailed on the Pricing page.
2. User account
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials (password or linked Google account) and for any activity under your account. The service is reserved for individuals who have reached the legal age to contract in their country of residence. You warrant that the information you provide at registration is accurate.
3. Uploaded content
You retain full ownership of the audio files you upload. By uploading a file, you warrant that you hold the necessary rights (composition, performance, AI generation, license) to authorize its processing by WaveGrey. WaveGrey acts solely as a technical service provider: we claim no ownership over your files, do not use them to train AI models, and delete them automatically 24 hours after delivery. Uploading unlawful content, content protected by rights you do not hold, or content infringing a third party's rights is prohibited.
4. Subscriptions and credits
- Subscriptions (Essentiel, Pro) are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled from the billing portal.
- Pay-per-track credits are purchased individually, never expire, and are debited when a processing job starts.
- Except in case of a technical error on our part, consumed credits and already-billed subscription periods are non-refundable; a cancelled subscription remains active until the end of the already-paid period.
5. Availability and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and on a best-effort basis, without guarantee of continuous availability or of a perfect processing result for every type of content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, WaveGrey's liability for any damage related to use of the service is limited to the total amount paid by the user over the preceding twelve (12) months. WaveGrey is not liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, data, or opportunity).
6. Suspension and termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account in case of abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful use, or non-payment, with notice where reasonably possible.
7. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated; the last-modified date is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [registered office city to be completed], subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable in your place of residence.
